The Facility
Engineering and Manufacturing Under One Roof
Our manufacturing facility is designed around a simple principle: the closer we control the process, better the quality of the machine. Sinter Hydraulics operates with extensive backward integration, allowing every critical stage of production to be managed at every level. From raw material processing and precision assembly to hydraulic system integration, electrical panel manufacturing and testing, and final commissioning, every process follows a controlled and traceable workflow.
At the heart of the facility is a strong R&D foundation, a dedicated design, engineering and research team continuously working on machine development, performance optimization, and process innovation.
Quality assurance is embedded throughout the manufacturing cycle rather than being limited to final inspection. Every component, assembly, hydraulic circuit, and finished machine undergoes stringent quality checks and performance validation before dispatch. By combining manufacturing, R&D, and quality assurance at every level, we maintain complete oversight of every stage of the machine-building process. Ensuring consistency in quality across every machine we build.
Production Capabilities
What Happens Inside the Work Place
Steel Fabrication
Steel frames for 60–3000 ton hydraulic presses are fabricated in-house using advanced processes including flame cutting, ARC, MIG/TIG welding, pipe bending, VMC, and CNC milling. All structural components are precision-machined to ensure robustness and accuracy. Welding procedures are fully certified and subject to regular audits, ensuring consistent quality and structural integrity. End-to-end manufacturing capability guarantees reliable, high-performance press frames.
VMC & CNC Machining
VMC and CNC machining of cylinder tubes and piston rods is carried out using 20+ advanced machining and turning centres. Critical features such as precision bores, cylinder seats, guide bushings, and mounting faces are machined with high accuracy. Tight tolerances of up to ±0.01 mm are consistently maintained to ensure superior fit and performance. This ensures reliable operation and long service life of hydraulic components.
Hydraulic Press Assembly
Hydraulic press and power station assembly is executed using CE-certified, globally reputed pumps and valve components. A dedicated hydraulic circuit assembly line with pressure-flush capability ensures system cleanliness and reliability. All circuits undergo rigorous pressure testing at 1.5× the rated pressure before installation. Final assembly is carried out only after stringent quality inspection, meeting international hydraulic standards.
Electrical, PLC, HMI & IOT Programming
Electrical, PLC, HMI, and IoT programming is carried out using fully integrated control panels with Siemens and Delta PLC systems. Panel wiring, PLC configuration, and IoT-compliant HMI programming are all executed in-house for seamless integration. Advanced IoT-enabled systems enable real-time remote monitoring and efficient troubleshooting of press operations. This ensures enhanced control, reliability, and operational visibility for hydraulic press systems.
Die mould assembly and integration
Die moulds are assembled using precision VMC and CNC-machined components as per detailed design specifications. Custom-built from high-grade tool steel, each mould undergoes vacuum hardening and multi-stage tempering to achieve an optimized working hardness of 44–50 HRC. Engineered for durability, the moulds are designed to deliver millions of operational cycles. Once validated, they are seamlessly integrated with the hydraulic press for efficient production performance.
Quality & Testing
Quality and testing of hydraulic press machines are conducted in a dedicated run-off facility with capacity up to 3000T. Each press undergoes rigorous load testing, positioning accuracy checks, and cycle validation to ensure performance reliability. Testing is performed strictly in line with international standards and protocols. Only after successful validation are machines approved for final dispatch.
